Yacht Haven Marina (1996-1998)
Yacht Haven Marina was one of the early marine construction projects undertaken by our team in Phuket. The work involved the installation of underwater foundation piles to support the marina’s structure and ensure long-term stability. Completed in the late 1990s, the project contributed to the development of one of Phuket’s most established yacht marinas and demonstrated our early experience in complex coastal construction.

Jivana Beachfront Villas (2005-2007)
Jivana Beachfront Villas was one of the first luxury villa developments on Natai Beach following the 2004 tsunami. Completed between 2005 and 2007, the project focused on building resilient beachfront homes using durable materials and carefully planned architecture suited to coastal conditions. The development helped establish a new standard for high-quality beachfront villas in the Natai area.

Completed between 2007 and 2009, Villa Viva is a luxury beachfront villa designed to complement the natural coastal environment of Natai Beach. Lokal Hotel - Patong (2019-2020)
Renovated between 2019 and 2020, The Lokal Hotel in Patong underwent a series of upgrades aimed at modernizing the property while preserving its distinctive character. The renovation included improvements to guest facilities, updated interiors, and enhancements to overall functionality. The project helped position the hotel as a refreshed and welcoming accommodation option in the Patong area.
BH Hotel - Patong (2020)
Renovated in 2020, BH Hotel in Patong underwent upgrades designed to modernize the property and improve overall functionality. The renovation included improvements to both interior and exterior spaces, enhancing guest comfort and the visual appeal of the hotel. The project helped position the property to welcome guests as tourism in the area began to recover.
Villa No Name (2021-2022)
Renovated between 2021 and 2022, Villa No Name underwent a full upgrade for a private owner, focusing on modernizing the villa’s design and improving functionality while maintaining its original character. The project included interior improvements and structural updates suited to coastal living. Following completion, the property entered ongoing management to ensure it remains well maintained as a high-quality residence on Natai Beach.

Private Residence Construction (2022-2024)
Constructed between 2022 and 2024, this private residence was designed with a focus on sustainability, comfort, and efficient natural cooling. The house incorporates a Venturi wind system that promotes airflow through carefully positioned openings, reducing the need for mechanical cooling. The project reflects a practical approach to modern residential design with an emphasis on energy efficiency and long-term functionality.
